Terms & Conditions

1. To register, you must fill out this certificate completely and return it to the address below with the required $50 Validation Deposit prior to the registration deadline. The $50 Validation Deposit may be paid by Personal Check, Money Order or Cashier’s Check. The Validation Deposit will be automatically refunded to you 30 days after travel is completed. Only original certificates will be honored. We recommend you retain a photocopy for your records.
2. This certificate is valid for two nights accommodations for four in Orlando and two one-day passes to your choice of Universal Studios, Epcot, Magic Kingdom, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon, Disney’s Blizzard Beach or SeaWorld Orlando. Attraction tickets are not redeemable for cash. A voucher for your attraction tickets will be issued with your hotel documents. Please follow the instructions on the voucher to pickup your attraction tickets. CBE reserves the right to substitute a similar area attraction tickets offer of equal value at any time. Transportation is not included.
3. Certificate holder must be 21 years of age or older. This certificate is invalid if sold or barteredf, and is nontransferable. Certificate is only valid for the certificate holder named on this certificate.
4. Upon registration, you will receive a reservation letter with a toll-free telephone number to select your arrival date. Please write to us if you do not receive the letter within four(4) weeks.
5. You must provide 3 arrival dates at least 60 days in advance of your first date and 30 days between subsequent dates. All reservations are subject to availability.
6. Specific accommodations are subject to avalability and will be assigned by CBE.
7. Weekend availability may be limited. Generally, there is no availability during major holiday and convention periods.
8. This certificate provides accommodations in economy class properties.
9. This certificate does not include transportation, government imposed taxes, transfers, meals, or incidental expense3s such as phone calls, gratuities or entertainment (other than attraction tickets). Hotel/motel may require a credit card imprint or deposit upon check-in to cover incidental expenses.
10. All reservations must be made by calling the toll-free telephone number on your reservation letter. After you arrange an arrival date you will receive a confirmation letter with your selected arrival date advising you of the deadline for payment of a tax deposit for government imposed taxes. Your arrival date will not be deemed confirmed unless CBE receives your signed confirmation letter with the required tax deposit by the deadline. Once a valid arrival date is selected no changes or reschedules are allowed.
11. Government imposed taxes (approx. $20 to $50 total) are the sole responsibility of the Certificate Holder. Taxes include hotel occupancy taxes. Taxes must be paid by deposit upon confirmation of your travel date in the form of a cashier’s check or money order. Total taxes will not exceed $50. Excess tax deposit, if any, will be refunded prior to your arrival date.
12. Until CBE purchases your accommodations, you may cancel and receive a full refund of your Tax Deposit and your Validation Deposit. A personal CBE travel representative will contact you by phone to finalize the details of your trip before purchases are made. Failure to update your address and telephone numbers will prevent your receipt of your hotel documents and attraction tickets, as well as the return of your Validation Deposit and Tax Deposit.
13. This certificate is void where prohibited by law and may not be combined with any other discount or special promotion. No other representations, oral or otherwise are valid in conjunction with this certificate.
14. This certificate is not valid for group travel. Group travel is defined as more than two persons using multiple certificates.
15. CBE is not responsible for any accident, injury, theft, property damage or personal loss in connection with any accommodations or other travel services arranged in the fulfillment of this certificate which result either directly or indirectly from any occurrence, including by not limited to, strikes, inclement weather, theft, terrorism and/or acts of war.
16. Certificate Holder must sign the certificate.
